01. ¿What is TuuGo?



TuuGo is a website that offers users the possibility to:

- Post ads on their companies and services

- Search information about business and services

- Post proposal requests

- The companies can answer to the proposal requests and contact new potential clients.



02. I have a business; Can I publish my information at TuuGo?



Yes you can. Your ad can have all your contact information, link to your website, your company logo and images of your products, location map, full description of your business, services that you offer, and much more, just for free!.



03. I’m an Independent Professional; Can I post an ad at TuuGo?



Yes, you can also publish your information for free on our site. Your ad can have all your contact information, link to your website, your company logo and images of your products, location map, full description of your business, services that you offer, and much more.



04. I want to post my business ad; How can I do It?



To publish your ad just go to www.tuugo.com and select your residence country. Once you enter to the page you’ll find on the right superior corner a toolbox, then you have to select "Register" and create your account. It’s very easy; just follow all the registration steps.



Once you finish the registration process, sign in with your username and password.



Select Add Business at the toolbox. Once there follow the steps to register your company by entering your information. Remember that as many contact details you provide, it will be easier for potential clients to contact you.



Once you finish your business registration you’ll be able to post your products and services.



05. How can I feature my Ad?



Please go to the Home page, then on the "Featured Ads" section, click on the link "How can I Feature my Ad?"



06. How can I publish my products?



Once that you have created your business, you are ready to enter all the information that you want about your products and services. To do it, you have to click on "My business" on the upper-right corner. That will show you a list with all the businesses that you have.



Select "Edit Business" on the business that you want to add or modify the information. Once you entered you will have a menu on the left part of the screen, that allows you to do all the improvements that you want to your business. To add products, click on "Add Products/Services manually", and add the products and services that you want.



07. My business appears as already registered, how can I modify my data?



If you have an user and you want to modify your data, you should go to “My businesses” (on the right-top part of the screen), then you have to select the business that you want to modify, and then you can modify or add everything that you like to.



08. The information of my business appears listed, but I don’t have an user, how can I do to modify it?



To modify your information, you should go to the listing where appears your company, and click on the link that says "Your business? Update now!".



There you can create an user, and once created, click on "Forgot your password?", automatically the system will send you to your email a new password. Once you have it, you can login into Tuugo, and modify and add all the information that you want.



09. What can I do besides adding products?



You can add photographs of your products, the keywords that allows users to find you business quickly, you can also add the logo of your business, the payment methods that you use, and more!



Besides you can modify or eliminate all those data that you don’t wish to do public, or those that you want to be modified.



10. What’s a Keyword?



Keywords are words that describe your service and will help potential customers to find you easily. You must enter as many words as possible related to your business. For example, if you own a bakery could use the following keywords: Bread, Bakery, Confectionery, Cakes, Food, etc...



11. What is the "Clicktracking / Statistics"?



The section Clicktracking / Statistics shows how many visits had your ad on certain time and how many clicks your ads have had. This allows you to have a sense of how many potential customers have seen your ad.



12. What are the "Business news"?



The "Business News" allows you to publish any news item related to your services or products that may be of interest to your potential customers. This news will be displayed in your company’s profile.



13. I saw an option on the web that is "Translate TuuGo" What is this about?



TuuGo is a big community and we want to give the opportunity for users to participate on it. TuuGo is present in a lot of countries and therefore we have a lot of languages. Currently many countries have their website in English; you can help translate the site into the languages you know. Each translation you make gives you 5 days in the Featured Ads for free to any company you have published.



14. How can I start translating TuuGo?



At the bottom left of the website you will find a toolbox, there you must click on "Translate TuuGo" and you’ll enter into our translation tool. Once you enter into our translation tool you must choose which language you want to translate and a list of all the phrases and words that are still untranslated will be showed to you. Choose a word, click on "translate" and enter your proposed translation for that word or phrase. Once you send us your proposed translation our admins will review it and approve or disapprove your translation. The next day you will receive an e-mail that tells you how many of your translations have been approved.



15. What are the TuuGo Widgets?



In the "Widgets" section you can find accessories for your website. You can customize both, our search box and banner, and put it into your website, just copy the HTML code we provide you and include it in your site.



16. What are the "Proposal requests"?



TuuGo gives you the opportunity to enter a proposal request for free, if you’re looking for a specific product or service rather than search for a company let the company find you. You just need to enter your contact details and information on what you’re looking for. Your request will be automatically visible and companies that provide that service or product may send their proposals. If you are a company you can submit proposals to the users who publish their requests on the web and get potential clients.



17. How do I make a Proposal Request?



In the top right menu of the website click on "Add Proposal Request" and follow the directions step by step. Remember that the more information you enter more easily will be for companies to provide you exactly what you’re looking for and also will be easier to contact you.
